Improvise, record, dismantle, reassemble.
Unique and singular sound collages and improvisations.
Looking for a very specific atmosphere and emotion in sound, I use memories of collected moments, tapes, field recordings, radio receivers, various sound generators, samplers and loopers in a non-linear way to improvise unsynchronized sound collages.
This translates to my visual art as well, where I create photos, videos and artworks and collages like old billboards, collected posters, silkscreen prints and paintings.

As a child, I often experimented on my grandfather's stereo and synthesizer and learned the technique of tape splicing from him. Using his world receiver with a rotating antenna, I recorded shortwave frequencies: distant countries, languages, fleeting moments, and strange electronic morse code sounds. It was also here that I set up my first mini-studio in 1985, where I experimented with my first synthesizers and samplers and the Yamaha organ of my grandfather. I discovered music of electronic artists and let myself be carried away by the moods and began to observe, explore and experiment with this world of unheard sounds, vibrations and sound images and their processing. At that time I spent nights experimenting with my first devices, the Yamaha organ, a Kawai synth, Casio sampler and a Porta One, transforming voices or sounds into textures.
